VSP Recognized as One of the Top 100 SACRAMENTO, Calif., April 2, 2003 - VSP (Vision Service Plan), today announced that it has been named to the "Training Top 100" list compiled by Training Magazine. VSP was ranked #56 in this year's list, moving up from last year's #68 ranking. This is the third consecutive year that VSP has been named to the Training Top 100 list. The Training Top 100 is a ranking of organizations that excel in employee development. The magazine conducts extensive research for the Training Top 100 through a multi-tiered nomination, application and interview process. "This recognition exemplifies the value we place on providing our employees with all of the necessary tools and training they need to be successful," said Roger Valine, VSP President and CEO. "We take great pride in our workforce, and we will continue to offer employees opportunities to grow both personally and professionally."
